Algor ("we", "us") is an AI-assisted prediction market interface. It displays markets sourced from Polymarket and sportsbook data feeds, lets you compose new markets in plain language, and lets you stake a USD-denominated balance funded by stablecoin deposits. Prices are derived from third-party data and can change at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to use prediction-market or betting products in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Algor is lawful where you are. We may restrict access from any region at our discretion.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and of any crypto wallet you link. Linking a wallet requires signing a message that proves control of the address; we never ask for seed phrases or private keys. Transactions you sign are irreversible.

Deposits of USDC or USDT to a deposit address issued for your account on a supported network are credited to your balance once confirmed on-chain. Deposits of unsupported tokens, on unsupported networks, or below the network minimum may be unrecoverable. Stakes are debited from your balance immediately and cannot be cancelled once a market has moved or closed. Withdrawals are sent to a wallet you have linked and may be subject to daily limits and network conditions.

While Algor runs on test networks, all balances are test balances with no monetary value; this is indicated by a banner in the app.

Polymarket-backed positions settle according to the resolution of the underlying market. Algor-priced sports positions settle from official final results as reported by our data providers. Voided events (postponements, abandonments, data-provider errors) are refunded, or dropped from an accumulator's multiplier. Our settlement decision is final except in the case of demonstrable error, which you can report to us within 14 days.

The Agent is an AI system. It is designed to help you find and price markets, not to give financial, legal or betting advice, and its outputs may be wrong. Usage is rate-limited; paid plans (Algor Max) raise those limits. Attempts to misuse, jailbreak or overload the Agent may result in cooldowns or account suspension.

• No use by minors or from jurisdictions where the service is unlawful.
• No automated scraping, denial-of-service or circumvention of limits.
• No money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from crime.
• No manipulation of markets or exploitation of pricing errors.

Staking involves risk of loss. Odds are informational and are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, data-feed errors, blockchain outages or third-party wallet failures.
